Before you go abroad you will have the opportunity to attend a number of university co-ordinated pre-departure training and briefing sessions, in addition to anything that may be being offered by your school or placement provider.
These pre-departure sessions are for students going abroad in semester 2 of academic year 2025-26.
N.B WHERE DUPLICATE SESSIONS ARE HELD, STUDENTS ARE ONLY REQUIRED TO ATTEND ONE OF EACH OF THE COMPULSORY SESSION DATES. ATTENDANCE WILL BE MONITORED!

Travel Approval Q&A: A drop-in on-line Teams session where you can ask questions relating to the travel approval process. Students should watch the Safety Abroad compulsory briefing before attending this session as we will not present details of the process but will address questions you may have during the process.
