Things to Remember

Before you leave us:

Please check that you have no outstanding debts on your student account. If there are any unpaid items (such as library fines, accommodation instalments etc) these will prevent us from issuing your transcript.
Download your documents from Blackboard. In July each year, Study Abroad students’ electronic records at The University of Manchester are made inactive (this is required in order for us to release your transcript), and after this inactivity is enabled, it will not be possible for you to access Blackboard any more. You should therefore download anything you have uploaded there which you may need access to in the future, as it will not be possible for the IPO to get access to this information at any time in the future.
Check that you have returned all your library books
Ensure that your room is clean and with no damage, and that you return your keys in accordance with the procedures for the residence in which you live.
